The Big Brother star was found dead at home on 9th April 2021 in her London flat, a day after she was discharged from Dorset County Hospital in Dorchester after a three-week stay to treat her anorexia. She remained there until she was discharged on 8 April. The following day, she died from complications of anorexia nervosa at the age of 38.

Grahame had been due to enter a private facility in Devon to receive specialist treatment the following week which never happened. At the time of her death, Grahame weighed less than 30 kg (66 lb). There was barely a presence of muscles on her body as the star had already lost nearly half of her body weight.
