Following a stint with Mohammedan SC in the 2016–17 season, he concluded the season with Southern Samity, earning a call-up to the India U23 team. Notably, Manvir scored the winning goal in the 2017 Santosh Trophy Final for West Bengal. In 2017, he joined FC Goa in the Indian Super League, making his debut in the 2017–18 season. 

Manvir's breakthrough came in the 2018–19 season when he scored crucial goals, contributing to Goa's qualification for the 2019 ISL Final.
