Chanel Rion is an American media personality, political cartoonist, and author. Currently, She is the chief White House correspondent for One America News Network (OAN). Rion is very close to Donald Trump, the current president of the USA. She is also a strong supporter of Donald Trump.  She made national news headlines when her term for Corona Virus as "Chinese Virus" was approved and liked by Donald Trump in a press meeting.

Early Life and Family 

Chanel Rion was born in April 1990 in Texas, U.S.A in a well-established family. Her nationality is American and her ethnicity is mixed (Half Korean and half American). Her birth name is Chanel Nmi Dayn-Ryan. She was born to her father Dann O. Ryan, an American Corporate writer and to her South Korean mother. She has a sister named Channing Rion and a brother named Baron Ryan.  She was raised up in Missouri, Texas, and Florida, and in France and South Korea. Regarding her education, She was homeschooled and later completed her education in international relations from Harvard University.

• After graduating from University, Chanel Rion began her career as a journalist.

• Rion hosted "Exposing China's Coronavirus: The Fears, The Lies, and The Unknown" on OAN in March 2020.
• On April 1, 2020, the White House Correspondents' Association removed OAN and Rion from the White House briefing room press briefings due to violating the Association's COVID-19 attendance policy.
• However, she returned to the White House briefing room, again, the next day, on April 2, as she was invited by  Stephanie Grisham, the 30th White House press secretary. 

Personal Life of Chanel Rion 

Chanel Rion is an unmarried woman. However, she is going to marry soon. She is engaged to Bob "Courtland" Sykes who is an American Politician. Courtland Skyes ran for election to the U.S. Senate to represent Missouri but lost in the Republican primary on August 7, 2018.

The couple met for the first time at a CIA recruitment event at Harvard University as they both studied the same college.
